Holiday next Easter with kids - maybe Ikos or Sani

Hi all, after a tough few years I would like to treat my husband and 3 and 5 year old to a holiday next Easter. I have a budget of £3k-£4K and would like somewhere that is child-friendly and perhaps where the kids can do a holiday club sometimes so we can have some time to relax and have downtime without the kids as we have no help at home normally. I have heard good things about Ikos and Sani holidays although I'm not sure if they will be in budget. Does anyone have any recommendations please, either with those companies or elsewhere. We aren't too bothered re location or duration, although 10 days would be a bonus over a week. Thanks!

10 days at IKOS on school holiday will be double you budget. I don't know Sani.

Mine were older when we went but do they have a crèche - lots of places need parents to stay for kids club activities under 4. I unfortunately spawned the type of kids who point blank refused to go to kids club. Ever.

What are you looking for - flight wise : temperature wise?

Thanks @boulevardofbrokendreamss. I guess we're looking for high 20's, up to about 6 hours flight and child-friendly and with the option off activities for them so we can have the odd bit of time to ourselves. Oh and ideally decent food. Thanks

You won’t get high 20s in Europe in Easter.

There are some nice resorts outside Marrakech - I’d look at those if you want warm weatger. Club Med there would have good childcare. Or maybe the Canaries, plenty of family resorts there - Hotel Suites Villa Maria is a good set up for young ones.

Alternatively swap to May half term for lovely weather in European destinations and then you can do Ikos or Sani. Pools/sea will still be chilly though unless you can find a heated pool.

I love Ikos but haven't been to Olivia yet . Below is a quote for a week beginning 14th April . Doesn't include flights though obviously .
Could you play around with dates as your kids are not school age ( ?) and go at a quieter time and you should get better flight prices ?

Coral sea Sensatori in Sharm. Great kids club, lovely beach, decent food.

Do you need to go in school holidays? If so then you may struggle with your wish list on that budget. May half term would open up the med as an option, plenty of places in turkey that would meet those criteria.

I wouldn't go to Ikos in April - weather could be terrible! It's cheap then for a reason.

The tui sensatori resorts are great but you will struggle to find high 20 temps

I have been to Ikos the last 4 Easters ( Dassia and Oceania ) and all 4 times the weather has been glorious !!! Early to mid twenties each time . Going again this coming Easter .
I'm Irish though so that's 'hot' to me !
Also Ikos heat the pools to bath like temps.
So I HIGHLY recommend !!
