Taking the campervan to Europe

Hi all

We have a small campervan converted ourselves.
Thinking of going to Europe next year maybe for a week.
Any suggestions on finding sites? Are wild stops permitted?

Campsites uk. Have an abroad section on it. Ive always used that. Check the reviews carefully

In france there are many aires. Dont stay on the motorway service ones. They are targets for thieves but there are lots that are inland and like a proper site
