"Car Included" ?

I've recently booked a holiday to florida. Why is it that in the brochure the hotel we're staying at says "Car Included" but when it comes to the price breakdown it becomes over £250 for the car?

And so when I cancelled the car, why do I then have to pay £30 per person for hotel transfers??

I think you will find that the extras are for things like insurance,collision damage waiver etc for the car. The extra you are being charged for transfers is probably because the company have special deals with other companies for car hire and it costs them more to organise transfers than car hire.
