Family friendly in/near Brighton/Lewes please!

We have booked to see Milkshake Live! in Brighton in August (I know, ages away, but the kids are incredibly excited). We won't be getting away this summer, so thought we would stay overnight somewhere. Can anyone please recommend somewhere family friendly (kids are 6 and 3) but not too pricey in Brighton or Lewes or nearby?

I live in Lewes and I cant say I know of anywhere particularly family friendly to stay here, but Im sure there must be somewhere in Brighton.

Only place I can think of is the Travelodge at Newhaven, its pretty cheap if you book in advance(£29 for a family room)it has a Brewers Fayre next to it with a Brewsters Fun Factory in it so the kids can play while you have a meal.
