Eurocamp booking strategies

We're planning on a Eurocamp holiday next year to Normandy- Camping La Vallee. We've done a couple of Yelloh Village trips before but this one looks good due to a) proximity to ferry and b) water park (also very near the beach and walkable town plus can force the children to do some history).

We're going to go the last week of August- when tends to be the best time to book? It looks like this is one of the sites actually owned by Eurocamp so can't check out other operators. It's showing 20% off now but wondered if they had a big January sale...

Also, how does the ferry work with Eurocamp? We'll go Newhaven to Dieppe (south London and much prefer the drive to Newhaven rather than the interminable waits at Dover post Brexit), which is a cheaper route anyway- do they offer further discounts on this or is it only Brittany Ferry routes?

La Vallée is a Marvilla park. Its website is here

The chain's website is here

I put in a dummy enquiry for 23 to 30 August next year, 4 people, 2 bedrooms, and the website is currently offering 20% off. The cheapest is 1218 euros.

You could work out the cost of the accommodation booked through Marvilla and the ferry crossing you prefer and compare that with Eurocamp's price.
