Hi,

Has anyone done this?
I'm stuck in the first page! It asks for a complex name which we don't have in the UK. Shall I try N/A?

Or is it wanting the address of where I will be staying in S.A?

Thank you!

You will see that the "Unit Number" and "Complex Name" fields do not have an asterisk, so you can leave them blank.

The form is very confusing. But since the Postal Code can be from 4 to 10 characters, I assume that you are expected to enter your home address (because if it was your address in South Africa, it would presumably only allow 4 digits). However, they seem to be making assumptions about the structure of your address, which are probably based on how South African addresses are structured. And you can't enter a country of residence, only the country that issued your passport — which might very well not be the same. Perhaps it's a good job that for now it seems to be still optional to fill in this form! (You can also just do it when you land, I think.)
