Nice B&B for stopover, Reims or further north towards Rotterdam

First time we’ve driven through France without the kids, so rather than an Ibis at Reims, we thought we would try something different. Any recommendations? Ideally easy to get to off the motorway, dinner, breakfast and a pool would be a bonus. Thanks!

We’ve had a lovely stop at Domaine Lorengrain. I’d book it again if we were passing again.

Where is your ultimate destination?

I’ve not stayed at a B&B there but did stay at Hotel de La Paix for work which was nice

We stayed at a beautiful b and b near Reims.
Think it was called Domaine Serzy et Prins.
