I can't even get to Germany without vomiting unfortunately so I'm not fancying my chances with travelling to Doha and then on to the Seychelles!
It's not really a constant thing throughout the flight but I always have a very slight undercurrent of nausea I suppose - it's usually when we go to land and I feel my stomach lurch and well, that's it for a few hours! At least
So I'm keen to avoid feeling generally not great for hours on end so what are your best suggestions for what to take?

Diazepam (yes I know. On top of the sickness thing I have a fear of flying so I have 1 diazepam for the outbound flight and 1 for coming back. I'd like to not take this but it's either this or I make a fool of myself on the flight
A litre water bottle for hydration
Anything else I can consider?
