5 days going to Thailand and Dubai

Currently in Spain, it's been raining on and off the last couple of days but mid 20s temps. Away until mid Nov. Back for 3 weeks then Lanzarote for 2 weeks then Fuerteventura end of Jan. Keeps us sane and makes us feel so much better in the winter. Obviously very lucky to be able to do this.

Long weekend in France in 2 weeks.
In 4 weeks time, we're going to Seville.

Dubai in January- my DS moved there earlier this year so can’t wait to visit! (He is coming home for Xmas though!).

Just back from Spain and going to Norway this week for a few days.
Thailand end of November till 21st December.
I hate flying too, never gets easier but I love traveling more.

I don't so much hate flying, i hate everything about the airport.

I hate the queues at the airports and having to show my passport about four times

I hate having to sort all my things out in the security trays.
I hate having to leave valuable laptops in the trays for a couple of minutes where anyone could grab them.
I hate the extremely long walk to the gate
I hate the airline often changing the gate at the last minute. So you have to walk back all the way that you came.

It's awful.

That's why I only travel by eurostar train now. It's much easier

I recommend La Caleta as a great spot to stay in Tenerife.

Yes long retired Roundthemoon. Gutted by Brexit restrictions as I no longer fly long haul so pretty much all Europe stays but we try and be away as much as we're allowed. As you can see at this time of year we're chasing the warmth and often get good discounts for longer stays. Lots of self catering helps to keep the cost down but have a splurge every so often.
