I am so worried I don't know what to do.
I applied to renew my UK passport in August. As a dual citizenship person, I had to send my other still-valid passport to the passport office as well as my about-to-expire UK one.
The application was approved quickly and I got sent my new UK passport about 3 weeks after. This part is great.
However, it is now October and I am still waiting to get my support docs back - they are unable to track it they said. I need my other passport to travel soon...
Any advice please?
