Has anyone flown from Miami or US to anywhere on Avianca airlines and taken a car seat and checked it into the hold? It's misleading on their website, I think it says if flying from United States the car seat has no additional cost. But my husband thinks it says you need to pay if it won't fit onto the aircraft (which ours doesn't). Trying to find out if we're going to be hit with a 200 dollar fine
