Cost of cruises for singles

I was looking up a cruise for myself. See prices £2200 pp , then put it was just me. £4600 that’s over the price of 2 people going! Ridiculous

ITA with you firstly. Secondly, I wonder if they have added in a margin to cover 'lost' extras? Perhaps they worked out the average spend on excursions or extra drinks etc per person. It completely penalises singles for not having a travel buddy though.

Have a look at Passion for Cruises website and Facebook group. They are an agency that specialises in cruises and holidays for solos. All their prices are for single occupancy - They have some excellent deals (in comparison with other agents and tour operators).
