All inclusive April/May

I am wanting to book an all inclusive holiday for me and 2 12yr olds , just want nice food, sun, beach ,swimming pool. What have been your nicest All inclusive experiences?

Have a look at Paradisus Gran Canaria, food and drinks were great, no sunbed wars, great pool and beachfront.

If you want to get in the pool in April/May it's going to have to be further south than the Mediterranean (unless it's a super-deluxe place with a heated outdoor pool). Canaries, Red Sea, Dubai maybe.
