Family tourist visa to Australia

I'm getting incredibly frustrated trying to get a family visa to visit Australia. I am not using IVisa as theres information suggesting its unsecure and delays visa applications. However I cannot see any option to add family members on my immi account. Does anyone know about doing this online via Austraian home affairs? We are travelling for christmas. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I did an online application for us all 6 years ago so wasn't expecting to do a paper application.

You are wise not to use the likes of IVisa; they will charge you for doing the work you can do. Many such companies scam people so the official government websites for visa entry should only be used.

If you are a UK citizen you can use the eVisitor which is legitimate.

You can't include family members in your application. A separate application must be made for each member of your family, including those listed on your passport.

I think I can do separate applications on my Immi accouny without registering my children seperately, is that right?
