I have started collecting Avios and am doing all my shopping via the BA shopping portal. This seems to be very hit and miss as to whether it actually does "track" the purchase or not - even when it says it is tracking. I have recently put through some big purchases that should be worth a lot of points but it doesn't seem to record them. Complaining seems to be impossible - the page either doesn't work, or the page that does work only lets you complain about the purchases it recognizes. Driving me mad! Any tips please??! I'd be so grateful.
