Travelling with 14 month old

Does anyone have any tricks to keep a 14 month old calm on a plane? We are travelling to Tenerife on Friday from Ireland with our 3 and a half year old and our 14 month old. Our 14 month old has always been a difficult baby constantly whinging. The flight is 4 hours and a bit and it's at 8:40pm at night. She is great in the sense she will go down to sleep and sleep all night but in her cot. She has never slept in mine or my partners arms like my little boy did. I don't know whether to let her sleep and be awake for the flight or have her really tired but my fear is that she will get so overtired she won't sleep and will just scream her head off as she has done before. I will have a tab with cartoons and plenty of snacks for them but that will only keep her occupied for so long. Has anyone travelled with a difficult child before? Any tips please. Thanks

Hi, I am flying on Sunday to Turkey, 4.5 hours. I have never done it before so dont speak from experience but I have a little trinket bag for my 13 month old. Instead of toys it has random bits - a keyring set with an old car key (battery removed), an old house key and a keyring. A little tin that has a slide lid. A nationwide card reader (battery removed) and a fidget. I’m also taking a sling for her to hopefully sleep in and for hands free time (although they cant be in it for take off or landing). Snacks that she is not usually allowed (wotsits, baby biscuits and some Aldi baby stuff). Good luck, I hope this helps
