Is there a website that helps you work out your best flight route?

I live in Nairobi and my mum lives in Kos Greece, is there a website where I can work out the best route for her to fly from there to here and which carriers she can choose from?

I use Expedia as you ca type in multiple destinations but I am not sure it is the best!

Aaaarrrggg, I can't seem to find a generic from here to there website, the uk ones will only do from uk airports, the us ones the same. Yours Furball is great, but I need one that outlines all the options from Kos to Nairobi.
