What is an XBOX 360 ??? where do I get one??

Hi My Son has asked for an XBOX 360 for his birthday, we have had a really shit time lately so I would love to get him one but dont know anything apart from it is a game.

Any advice, they have some on ebay just called xbox - are these the same????
