Disneyland Paris countdown activities

Hello! We've booked Disneyland Paris for next October (2025) so quite a while to wait. We go on the 9th October. I thought it might be fun to do something on the 9th of each month on the run up to get excited. I was thinking a Paris themed breakfast one month (croissants etc), Disney films etc. Anyone have any other good ideas?

Disney jigsaw, getting spending money, buying outfits, Mickey Mouse ears Oreo cupcakes

A whole year of build up??

In the kindest way, a year build up with something on the 9th of the month does seem to be overkill.

Maybe for a big US Florida Disney trip, but for a short hop to Disneyland Paris (which has high chances of being cold and grey in October) really does seem like setting yourself and kids up for a major comedown later.

Start the buildup in next summer.

🤣 we've been before and we love it. No harm in getting our moneys worth by enjoying the build up. Not everyone can afford Orlando.

Sounds insane to me.

Been 10 times. The best ones were where we told the kids in the car in the tunnel en route.

Argh! Sounds exciting.. my kids wouldn't be unhappy receiving something every month till a holiday aha I booked our first trip to Disneyland Paris last night! I'm soooo excited. I'm going to reveal it to them at Xmas!

But over m a year?? Geez surely even 6 months is overkill?
