Hi I had a disaster of a holiday.
TUI cancelled our flight and only told us on the day of the flight.
They then arranged the flight to fly out on the next day instead
On the second day, they delayed the new flight twice more.
I eventually got on the plane 25 hours after I was meant to originally go.
The TUI guy at the airport told us all to fill out the flight delay claim on the TUI website.
However when I go to fill the form in, it won't work!. It won't submit, whn I click submit. Every part is filled out correctly. I've double checked it.
I've tried it on three different browsers on my laptop, and two different browsers on my phone. The forn won't work on any of them.
I then did a Google, and see that othe people have posted about having errors with this webform, and not being able to submit it.
How can they do this? We are supposed to be able to apply for flight delay compensation, and their form doesn't even work.
I'm just so annoyed, after all they've done to me already.
How did you claim for flight delay compensation with TUI, if it happened to you?
