Hi,
I will be traveling with Lufthansa and Etihad long haul in the next few months and I have heard that they are strict with their hand luggage allowance. I'm a light packer but a carry-on suitcase will take me over the limit. Has anyone traveled with them recently and do you have any recommendations on some lightweight backpacks or travel bags that may be suitable? I'm going for 8/9 nights so I'll do a wash 1/2 way, temperatures will be low 20's so no bulk of winter clothes either.
