TUI Sensatori resorts

Hi everyone this is my 1st time posting but would like to check people's opinions.
If you have been to one of the TUI Sensatori resorts could you let me know which one has been your favourite? x

I went to the one in Ibiza. No way was it 5 star and it was overcrowded.

I wouldn't go to one again but it really depends on what you are looking for.

I've only been to one - Meltemi Blu in Santorini. It was wonderful - great food, location, lovely pools and fantastic staff. I'd go back in a heartbeat

We went to Biomar Sensatori this year. There was a D&V outbreak that was shockingly poorly managed by TUI. I wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

Sorry should have said this one is in Majorca.

i was just searching on MN to see if anyone has stayed at one of these and I’ve got to say I’m a bit apprehensive about our upcoming trip now 😂
Dh booked one as a surprise for us, to be fair the reviews in trip advisor all look great so I’m sure it will be okay.
We like to get out and about for day trips and tend to treat the hotel like a base, from what I can see though the Sensatori range of hotels are supposed to be pretty good?!
Hopefully it won’t be overcrowded in the middle of October. I’ll report back once I’m home again anyway just to add another review in case anyone else ever comes to MN for a trusted review 😀

Agree. Gorgeous hotel, awful food, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

We have been to two, Rhodes and Fethiye.

Rhodes was fine, good food options for AI, entertainment cheesy but fine for a hotel.

The next year we went to Fethiye and it was all the same shows we saw the year before. They also seem to be out of the way so you can't walk anywhere or visit anywhere.

@Fifiellz the Fethiye one is the one we’re going to, don’t plan on watching any of the entertainment, I hate all that side of things, it makes me cringe 😂
we’ve found some day trips to do and investigated some restaurants in then next town along and in Fethiye itself, this should keep us entertained enough!

Ok, well Fethiye was probably my favourite. Lovely beach. There isn't much around but you can get a speedboat over to the mainland or a taxi.

Well we are back from our trip to the Akra Sensatori, it was okay.
Hotel is spotless, loads of staff working really hard round the clock. Pools clean and the beach was beautiful. Did a couple of trips.
Our room was rather tired and in need of modernisation, swim up room was a bit… pointless (dh booked it so last minute and just took what was offered but in future I wouldn’t bother with one), food was okay, not brilliant, lots of choice but all very samey. We ate out a few times just for a change.
Loads of activities organised if that’s your thing, it’s not ours so we didn’t get involved in any of that but it would be the perfect place to take kids/teens.
I was irritated by needing to rely so much on the app to book restaurants in the hotel.
We appreciated that there were fridges located by some of the bars so you could just help yourself to bottled water, our minibar fridge wasn’t always topped up.
The availability of beach towels was fantastic! Stands of them in a couple of places with hundreds and hundreds of towels aswell as extras in the room.
All in all we had a nice time but I wouldn’t return.
