Couples Holiday

Hi , our dd is off to uni so oh and I would love a holiday , we are thinking Marbella mid Oct
is the weather ok at this time of the year ?
We would like to be close to the beach and amenities , looking at 5 star budget up to £3000 for 7 days
Any recommendations please ?

What does a couples holiday involve, it might be a help to specify those thinga to narrow the suggestions down a bit
