Lastminute.com/booking.com are awful

I haven’t even gone yet, paid deposit and could ring and talk to sales agents. Now I’ve paid, any issues I have to submit a request through chat on their website. Then wait for a phone call. If I miss the call or don’t accept what they offer. They close the request, so you have to start all over. Been trying to add a child car seat to the transfer to the hotel for x3 weeks now. I feel like I’m having a stroke when I talk to an agent. Computer says no sorts of vibes. Anyway I’ll go through easyJet package holidays next time. Never again!!!

Customer services are really brilliant at booking. Com in my experience.
I book a villa to various countries at least six times a year with them.
Your one experience can't really talk for everyone.

I've aways found booking.com great.
Wouldn't even occur to me to look at last minute.com.

Who did you book the transfer with, you need to contact them.

I honestly thought I was booking through booking.com and then somehow ended up with lastminute.com. Just trying to make people aware that lastminute.com is not a good choice. The transfer company have told me to go back to the travel agent and lastminute.com wont talk to me on the phone now they’ve taken the full payment for the holiday (when I’d just paid deposit I could talk to sales agents to discuss issues) I just think it’s not honest to treat customers like that. Especially when the luggage in the receipt once I’d paid the deposit was completely wrong. I’ve got two children under 3 and I hope no one has these issues, when they’re thinking it’s a cheaper and easier option than booking everything directly.
