I haven’t even gone yet, paid deposit and could ring and talk to sales agents. Now I’ve paid, any issues I have to submit a request through chat on their website. Then wait for a phone call. If I miss the call or don’t accept what they offer. They close the request, so you have to start all over. Been trying to add a child car seat to the transfer to the hotel for x3 weeks now. I feel like I’m having a stroke when I talk to an agent. Computer says no sorts of vibes. Anyway I’ll go through easyJet package holidays next time. Never again!!!
