Maldives

Hi all.
My husband and I are looking at going to Maldives either 2025 or 2026 but I have completely overwhelmed by all the options! Can anyone help point me in the right direction to where to book?
Ideally I'd love an over water accommodation, all inclusive is a must due to what I've read about food prices there so want the ease of knowing it's included. I'd also like there to be options to snorkel or even dive there if they have instructors.
Our budget is realistically £8k for the 2 of us. Read that best months are between October and April however has anyone been outside of these times and it's been good weather?

I can't help with accommodation as it was 17 years ago but I went in August and we had lovely weather. It was humid and there were clouds on the horizon but most rain came at night.

We’re due to go to Kuredu in February, the little Facebook group I’ve joined has been excellent, apparently the house reef there for snorkelling and diving is one of the best and the resort is only 15 minutes from the underwater restaurant and they’ll take you there by speedboat. Very much looking forward to our break! Watch some places as you book though because a lot of resorts having all inclusive banding so even though you’re covered for the day, there’s some restaurants or pools that you’re not allowed in, when we realised that we called up virgin and easily upgraded.

So yeah, top tip is to join social media groups of the resorts you’re interested in and get information that way.
