Hotels in Chester

Hi, we fancy a few days in Chester to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend a nice hotel, preferably with spa facilities?

Doubletree Hilton - gorgeous spa!

Grosvenor pulford is just outside Chester but is lovely with a nice spa

Carden Park is absolutely lovely! Carden Park

If you have the budget, the Chester Grosvenor is lovely. Bang in the centre of town, and has a spa. (I've stayed there a couple of times for big family celebrations.)

The spa is crap though. Hotel itself lovely

Not the Crowne Plaza... Expensive to park (£17 a night!), weird entrance that I wouldn't feel safe walking to alone and frankly a bit tired. Pool and changing felt a bit grubby.

Haven't been for several years but Carden park was great its a short drive from Chester though.

They have a whole new amazing spa. I looked the other day though and the cheapest spa day is £250!

The Mill House Hotel has a wonderful spa.
