Same here. For flights for 4 you can save a few hundred with an early alarm

They release them about 30 mins before on the app I’ve found historically.

Make sure you get travel insurance!
Have the dates and times you want to hand. You can have a look now for the flights, days etc.
Make sure you can arrange a transfer when there. (Hire car, Taxi, private car etc)
Choose resort! Check reviews
Check passport dates!
