Looking for large villa in Italy

Looking for a villa with min 8 beds in Italy for extended family holiday to mark a big birthday. Have had villas before in Umbria and Puglia. I have looked in the obvious places on Airbnb but wondering if anyone has stayed somewhere they can recommend? Would also consider small complex or boutique hotel but we do prefer private pool. We like space but not too rural and near to a village helps as will have young adults / teens. Thanks

This might be too big but we have stayed here a few times and it's absolutely gorgeous. They do have a smaller villa next door that might work for your group

We stayed here with extended family. It's two separate villas, each with two beds, but next to each other with a pool. This was perfect for us as it gave us space and privacy, but also shared areas. Lovely big dining tables outside etc. The pool is massive. It is shared with the owners, but we barely saw them when we were there. It's about half an hour from Rome by train, and there are restaurants etc in walking distance. Very reasonable too, about £300 a night for both villas in August.
