Short break suggestions for 76 + 46 yr olds

Hi

I'm wanting to surprise my mum with a weekend break early next year. I went to Seville last year and that would fit the bill perfectly.

Things we would like:
Sightseeing
Galleries
Nice scenery (countryside, beaches etc)
Not too much walking (slow pace for mum)
Compact location or easy public transport
Good food
Not cold (ideally not coat and jumper weather)

We'd have 2 days wherever we go.

Malaga. Plenty of cheap flights too

Malaga, Cordoba, Cadiz? Nice has fantastic public transport and lots of things to see - depends how early in the year. Or base in Antibes...

Edinburgh has galleries and beaches, but it'll be pretty grim in January!
