European trip in April or June

Hi looking for destinations for a trip away with my friend (first in many years!) to celebrate a birthday either in April or June. Hoping for nice bars and restaurants and some historical buildings to explore. Atm looking at Seville, Porto, Lisbon or Bilbao. Any top tips please? I would like a bit of warmth ideally but not bothered about sittinf by a pool

Seville or Lisbon are perfect. I wasn't so keen on Porto.

Seville would be best in April. It's by far the warmest city out of those you're looking at, and would probably be too hot for sightseeing in June.

Lisbon is gorgeous.
As well as Seville, you could consider Grenada in Spain. It's so beautiful. If you go in June, the Alhambra gardens are a haven of cool air and tranquillity.
Florence? Rome? Sienna?
