Italy October kids

Hello

Please can anyone recommend where to holiday in Italy in October half term where our children will find other children to play with?

If it were the summer we’d probably go to a campsite but I’m guessing that won’t be a good option for October.

My husband and I would love a train tour of the country but know our children will need to spend time with other children.
