Basically I used trip.com to book a hotel in iNdia for 3, days. They checked me in but shortly after asked me to leave as my passport is not a valid form of I'd for them. They need something local. The company is basically contracted with Fabhotels. So I had to call hq and book an alternative Fabhotel local which I did with a fresh booking
I started a refund request with the original and they declined (idk if this is the hotel or Fabhotel)
Can I claim back on my credit card?
