Union Lido / Eurocamp / Canvas holidays ideas

We’ve had four fantastic holidays to Union Lido in Italy but we’d like to try somewhere else next year. Kids will be 10 and 7. Ideally looking for a similar set up to Union Lido with lots to do, great pools and good restaurants onsite. Open to anywhere in Europe, particularly interested in Croatia and would prefer to avoid France. Any suggestions welcome!

Lake Garda! Stay in Peschiera. There's loads to do around the lake as well as a water park and Gardaland. Good choice of Eurocamp sites as well.

Park Albatros is fab, though I don't recall it had the same number of food options as Union Lido.
