Hi!

We're thinking of going to centre parcs abroad this year in late September. We'll be travelling with 7 year old and 18 month old so was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of what site would be good for both children? They both love swimming and both very active.
We've been to Woburn in the uk a few times and our 7 year old loves it. I like the look of Erperheide and the one near Disneyland Paris but there's so many others aswell.
Also what would be the best way to get to any of them? We're just outside of north London if that helps.

Thank you :) xx

Village Natire is great for DLP. We usually drive but the train is easy enough.

We've been to De Emhof in the Netherlands and Parc Allgau in Germany. Both are very nice (much better than the UK ones) but probably both are a bit far with small children. Not all the European Centre Parcs have spas, if that is a consideration for you - I think the French ones do, and some of the German ones but it isn't standard in the same way as the UK.

On transport - we live in the SE and use Le Shuttle which is very straightforward.

We’ve been to De Emhof and liked it.

Less “resorty” than a Uk one - did it by train and bus.

Funnily enough Parc Allgau is the other one I really fancy!

Loved het merdaal in Netherlands. Fantastic if you hire bikes. Channel tunnel by car .
