Adding baggage after online check in

We have already checked in online for our Wednesday flight and have stupidly realised we need a much bigger baggage allowance. I can't seem to contact Tui out of hours. Does anyone know if it's possible to just turn up at the airport and pay a charge for an additional bag? Could they refuse us adding a bag at that late stage? Thanks in advance, it's making my anxiety soar.

You can pay at the airport for the added bag. I work for a different airline but we’re all the same

It will be more expensive, can you call them to see if they can add in advance.

You can do it but will cost you lots more. No idea about Tui, think Easyjet is £50 per flight/per suitcase.

I'll be trying to find out as soon as the phone lines open tomorrow. I was just hoping someone might have had a similar experience and could put my mind at rest this evening. Stupid really, but it's stressing me out.
