Group holiday for a big group with toddlers and newborns

hi

I want to book a holiday for 8 adults and 5 kids (3, 3, 2, 2 and 3 months)

jist came back from a group standard villa holiday with only a very deep pool and a terrible local park and it was the absolute pits for crazy toddlers. Once they got fed up of the water (1 hour max) and the park (again 1 hour), we were pretty exhausted kids entertainers trying to keep them happy without routine, home comforts and limited toys. A lot of cash was spent on ice cream.

I know the above is par for the course with travelling with kids and needs to be sucked up- but we are hoping that a more family friendly option with lots of infrastructure for young kids will help us fill the day a bit!

I want a eurocamp/centreparcs type thing in Europe (anywhere in Europe)

would love water slides, parks, indoor play options and toddler kids club if possible for the older ones

we like cooking so would want a great market nearby, nice delis, big shop

spa would be great too

i have never done a holiday like this before and we are pretty flexible on timings.

would really love some ideas. We are really looking for something aimed specifically at families with a ton of activities

Hopefully others have more helpful tips!

Les Mouettes is another great site. It hasn’t got a soft play area but it has a baby club for children under 4 in their own playroom. It’s also a really short drive from the ferry terminal which we found very attractive when our dc were toddlers!
It might also be worth having a look at Royal Son Bou. It’s probably one of the most family friendly hotels out there. All the apartments have a little kitchen and
