End October/November Europe break

Hi all
My kids get 2 weeks off in October half term and looking for a break for end Oct early November.
We don't need sun and beach but would like to still be outside. Have been looking at eurocamp style places in Holland but not sure the weather will be ok?
Any other suggestions of where to go? The kids are 16 and 12 and love adrenaline adventures and not necessarily a fan of sightseeing but would be ok if mixed in with activities. Would like to go back to Dubai or do America but money is limited so looking for a bargain break somewhere.

Following as also going around the houses looking at October half term breaks, so many places shut down so not much going on for kids, I think euro camp would be fab but knowing which one is best for Oct half term would be really good xx

Canaries are lovely for Oct half term. You can get a typical AI, or an active holiday or a mix.
