Holiday ideas for 6

Can anybody help me with some suggestions please.
I have 4 teenagers, 3 of whom will turn 16 at the end of this year.
We've never been able to go further than France with them, due to cost. However, we're getting to the stage where family holidays might not happen for much longer and are thinking about something different.
Popped in to a travel agency today and £4-5k seems to be the cheapest for 6 people, 2 rooms, all inclusive. We're not really package holiday types, so can anybody suggest an alternative? Was looking at Croatian villas, but would need a big car hire as there's 6 of us ! Thanks.

Union Lido in Italy is a good place to go with teens. It has lots of activities and a great water park. The resort organises excursions and you can book a taxi to and from the airport when you book your accommodation.

We are a family of 6 and hire a villa with a pool and either one 7 seater car or two cars (for some reason this is much cheaper). We've been to Italy, Majorca, Malaga. We like to be able to self cater.

If your budget will stretch to it, Club La Santa has something for everyone, sorts and wellness and Chilik v by the pool, as busy or as chilled as you like. Not everyone's cup of tea but certainly no lack of things to do.

I love especially the cool Danish vibe and the weather is lovely and sunny while the breeze stop it getting g that very intensive heat.

£4-5k seems to be the cheapest for 6 people, 2 rooms, all inclusive.

How many nights? And does this include travel?

7 nights, flights included. This was just based on a very quick search at the TA.
