Greek holiday - where?

Hi, looking for recommendations of where to go in Greece, looking for somewhere with nice beach, local tavernas, not to far transfer, would prefer b&b so needs to have restaurants near by and not to hilly! Only two adults no children, been to Corfu several times so looking elsewhere although would not rule it out, any suggestions please

@alrightluv I got back from Koufinisi a few days ago. We travelled there via Naxos and returned via Santorini.

It is the nicest place I've ever stayed. Absolutely exceptional. Lindos town is lovely and has good nightlife (but not crazy 18-30 stuff).
The hotel above has a private beach. We sat on sunloungers, scanned a QR code and they brought us drinks right there on the beach.

@countdowntonap Is Koufonisi still lovely? I look back on that holiday so fondly. Do they still have the gold island bus?

@Hatscarfgloves there wasn’t a bus that I saw across out six nights there. Just two companies offering Caïques to take you to various beaches which are all still undeveloped. We loved it and plan to return again next summer!

@countdowntonap I’m so pleased it is still lovely! The gold bus was just a lovely older gentleman who had bought a minibus and would drive up and down the island at random times of the day and you could hop on for a small fee! He was great!

Kokkari on Samos.

We're in Kos now. It's gorgeous here.
We've been going into Kardemena it has loads of lovely restaurants and the harbour is stunning.

Skiathos is gorgeous and I will definitely go back. We’re off to kefalonia as left it too late for where we wanted to go. Tbh I love greece and never had a bad holiday but we generally don’t pick the centre of towns as want some quiet

We love Greece! Two of the best holidays were probably near Sami in Kefalonia (Kefalonia generally feels quite unspoilt) and the island of Lemnos (can’t remember the resort name but there is a Mark Warner there), although it is quite barren due to it being on the Aegean rather than Ionian.

We are shortly off to Corfu (again!) and can’t wait!

I really love Chania in Crete.
