Berlin - suggestions for birthday meal

Going to be in Berlin for young adult DS’s birthday - love some suggestions of cool memorable place to eat. Any type of food and not crazy prices - upper end of budget = €50 a head. But obviously less would be better! I was looking at the TV tower for example but be grateful to get other ideas please.
Also we’ll be travelling light so preferably somewhere that you don’t have to be very dressed up for!

Following as we are going next week. There's restaurant on the roof on the Bundestag, but menu looked limited. Weve booked to do the tour though.

We ate in the revolving restaurant at the top of the tv tower, was really fun!!

NENI has an amazing view and the food was pretty special too.

I just got back. No recommendations, I'm afraid, as I just ate kebabs for tea! If you have time, I would throughly recommend a visit to Potsdam.

Google Maximilians on Friedrichstraße to see if you think it would fit the bill. It's a traditional Bavarian restaurant. Berlin isn't in Bavaria obviously but this restaurant gives you a taste of Bavaria. Food is fairly basic but authentic. Lots of photos on Trip Advisor, tried to send a link but it just diverts to the app so I can't. Might not be special enough but worth a visit another night if not. Best to book as there were queues outside when we went.

Neni is vibey, but just bear in mind to get the view you ideally want to eat before sunset (ie depends on what time of year you go) - the view at nighttime is not so nice.

I really enjoyed dinner at the Reichstag. Having to show your ID to get in definitely creates a sense of occasion!
