Holiday recommendations - school dilemma

My daughter starts school this year so I've started looking at holidays for next summer in order to save as we weren't able to go this year.

I was planning to take her out of school in June but apparently the rules are changing and you get fined after 5 days (which is fine) and this doesn't reset - you will be taken to court if any further days the whole time they're at school?!

Needs to be all inclusive, flights from Gatwick, have a kids pool and stuff to do for the kids, beach nearby, flight 3 hours. Happy to go anywhere really.

So I have a budget of around £2.5k but struggling to find anything that has good reviews and actually looks nice.

Does anyone have recommendations of hotels?

You won't get fined until the term after she turns 5 so hopefully should be fine

My recommendations is center parcs Europe. Lots of sites to pick from. I've been to Het Meerdal and Erperheide so far and planning De Haan next year. Had a fab time and cheaper than uk

I've booked May half term. I found it much cheaper. The flight is 2 days before half term starts so I'll just say she's sick.

I would look for May half-term. Maybe a Center Parc in France, Netherland or Germany as it's not a holiday season there.
