Car Seats and Jet2 Express Transfers: What's available?

I'm planning our first holiday abroad to Royal Son Bou Family Club in Menorca and our DG will be 2.5yrs old at time of travel. The Jet2 package includes their Express Transfer.

Their website mentions that car seats aren't available when booking Private Transfers, but nothing about whether they're available on the included coach transfer. Anyone used the Jet2 Express Transfer recently and know what the situation is with car seats?

We didn't plan on bringing ours as we never planned to leave the resort, and based on reviews and other threads we read, most coaches either don't have seatbelts (so car seat seems pointless in that case), or don't have ISO fixings (which I never thought it would anyway), or they don't allow little ones to have their own seat, so again the car seat is pointless in that situation too.

The transfer time is 40 mins apparently.

I've tried reaching out to Jet2 via social media, their WhatsApp, phone etc. and I either don't get a response or I'm put through to a bot that doesn't answer my question 🙃

The coach will have seat belts, as they are an EU and Spanish requirement. However, buses and coaches do not legally require child seats, so they will not be provided. Nor will there be ISOfix attachment points.

I really wouldn't worry about it. The chances of an accident where a child seat makes a difference on such a journey are vanishingly small. You might even find that the coach seat is not compatible with your seat, for example due to a fixed armrest. The main reason for child seats in the first place is because 3-point belts aren't safe for children, and the bus will very likely have 2-point (lap) belts.
