weather in Palma, Majorca around 8th May???

hiya,

we're heading to palma 8th may for a week staying at www.thomson.co.uk/destinations/europe/spain/majorca/cala-bona/apartments/protur-aparthotel-bo naire.html?gclid=CN6f4OreyJACFQZhMAodZWZ6PQ

has anyone been to Palma around that time and advise what the real weather would be like? i checked online say around 20 degrees, really hoping it would be hotter hence this post!!

and b) has anyone been to this resort and your thoughts, we're taking our 23 month old...

We were in Alcudia 12th May last year,it was glorious,really hot but not unbearable.Alcudia is in the North of the island which tends to get worse weather than the south-Palma is more South so I'm sure you'll get beautiful weather.Have also done Majorca in March,Sept and October and all were lovely,except the odd rain shower in October.

friends just got back from 2 weeks there and said the car temperature gauage thingy for outside never registered below 24 celsius adn they had wall to wall sunshine. I think the website here though said it was 18-20 but they must be minimum temps.
