Where to go with a one year old in November?

Hello.

I am looking for some advice on where to go on holiday end of November with a 14 month old? Looking for some winter sun so had thought about Dubai, Cape Verde but then not sure where to stay in either of these places… also not sure if there are other destinations I’m missing?

Any recommendations would be greatly received and any advice of where not to stay / dos and don’ts would be helpful too.

There are some incredibly baby-friendly hotels in Dubai, but they’re ££££ so it really depends on your budget. Dubai is a big place, so where you decide to stay will depend on what sort of holiday you want. Do you want a resort-based holiday or do you want to get out and do sightseeing? Egypt is another destination you should consider and like-for-like, the hotels are cheaper.

Myself and daughter have taken Grandson ( now 10) to Lanzarote ever since he was 1 year old.
Great beaches.
Very clean everywhere.
Very local friendly.

Also would suggest canaries. Easy, warm but not too hot. Perfect for little ones

Thanks everyone! Do you think the canaries will still be warm end of November? We don’t have much luck with weather on holidays and this holiday is a celebratory holiday for a birthday milestone so keen to ensure as much as possible the weather is early 20s at least. I have a preference for the canaries just because of the flight time!

I’m finding the number of hotels in Dubai slightly overwhelming! We are essentially looking for a resort holiday for a week but we do like the odd day trip here and there (max 2 in a week) - I did think about the sea life centre for example in Dubai but then talked myself out of it thinking it would be too busy.

Thank you!
