Hi there any ideas of places to go abroad with plenty of places to do outside of hotel and waterpark etc

A friend if mine has just come back from a week in Morocco, staying at AquaParc Marrakesh. Water park on site, and they seem to have had loads of trips out - the the souk, up the mountains etc. primary school age daughters.

Ages? City break or beach?

when? Is that SC or AL?

we are not long returned from Turkey - Fethiye region, absolutely fantastic holiday, lots to see and do - or not, depending on what sort of holiday you want. We love it so much we are retuning to the same area in October when it is cooler.

I have a son aged 14 who loves being on the go so water parks pools is a must. All inclusive as he eats us out of house and home. Looking at June next year

@travelforthesoul what would you recommend doing there please? We are heading there in Oct, first time in Turkey and would love to do some trips to explore.

@minipie first of all get a haman spa, its lovely and makes your skin feel so soft.

the 12 islands boat tour is great, 4 stop-offs for swimming with lunch included, or other boat trips, sunset tour etc, there is a jeep tour, cable car trip, actually so much to do. Im not sure how many or ages in your party, but there is enough for all ages there.

Also depending on your hotel, they will organise trips for you. Feel free to DM where you are staying. We also return in October (we were there in July)

It is a very typical Spanish resort. Many British bars, busy, lots going on - if that is your thing.
If you are AI it won’t really matter what the place is like.

Clean beaches.

Has the advantage of having Port Adventurer theme park close by.

I've never been before but would like to go into Barcelona for the day possible theme park and water park.
