Where would you go?

If you had 2 weeks off to play with?
I haven't taken a 2 week vacation for years.
Happy to travel solo or could be with a friend. October - December. Looking for a bit of sun, ideally somewhere to stroll in the evenings for a pre dinner drink, by the sea or water would be lovely. Not Dubai but open to other places surrounding it further east.

Thailand- with two weeks you could do a multi stop trip eg Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Phuket.

I wouldn't spend two weeks in the middle east, there's far more to experience elsewhere.

Two weeks I would do some Caribbean Islands that time of year or Thailand.

Cuba/Caribbean Island cruise.

Another vote for Thailand, we did Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket in November, Chiang Mai was our favourite although its not by the sea.
