My MIL has bought one off someone she knows and it was delivered today but with no instructions and I cannot figure out how to get the seat to tilt. All I have managed to do is take the seat off and put it back on again. The chasis comes up on its own but how do I get the blinking thing down again??
I watched an instruction video (yawn) on the website but it told me nothing!
Please help
