Just this really. Looking for an adults only spot for a couple of weeks either dry season 25/26. Recommendations appreciated! 😊

Hotel Verana. Actual heaven on earth. You'll need to get a connecting flight to Puerto Vallerta then take a taxi to where the hotel collects you by boat from a little harbour. It's truly magical.

We went to Mexico on our honeymoon 8 years ago (it's our anniversary in Tuesday and we flew out the next day!) and splashed out on some amazing boutique hotels:

Hotel Parador San Juan de Dios in San Cristobal. Beautiful, so peaceful, manicured lawns, very private, suites with plenty of room. Doesn't feel like a hotel as each room is spread out over the grounds so there is no big hotel complex. Lovely restaurant on site and a spa as well but we didn't use it so not sure how that was.

Quinta Real Oaxaca. In Oaxaca, it's an old nunnery, this place was amazing! Very breezy, even in the heat. Felt very zen here. Oaxaca also a great place to visit, known for its cuisine.

Hotel Hacienda Merida, we were upgraded so got the room that opens on to the pool! Only here for 1 or 2 nights but it was very comfy.

What have you got planned OP?

If you're still not settled on an itinerary then of all the places we visited Oaxaca was my favourite. We did a cooking class and went horse riding in the mountains. Very cool place

We don’t have anything planned as such - just know we want to go to Mexico and looking for recommendations on where to go/what to do. Your thoughts are really valuable, so thank you x
