Not a clue! I was just coming to ask the same.

Whats your budget? We have 3k max for 2 adults and 2 kids and I'm tearing my hair out!

I'd do it seperate. Go to Skyscanner and look at flights for destinations you're thinking about.. maybe even options of a couple of airports.
Then go onto Booking.com and look for type of accommodation you want.
Use the filters for hotels/ apartments/ villas.
All inclusive/ Self catering etc.
Make sure your insurance is up to date and you have your GHIC card.
