Lux family holiday - super last minute

I think we’re probably not going to find what we’re looking for, but just in case anyone has anything we haven’t thought of….

We want to travel between August 1-18 (need to be back by the 19th)
family of 4 - children 4 and 8
We like super lux places on a slimmer budget - managed to be crafty the last three holidays and get that by choosing new hotels which hadn’t established yet (think scandi design hotels)
My DH would like luxury all inclusive with all the trimmings (think the amazing Turkey hotels), I would like to consider a villa or apartment but would like great pools for the children and a beautiful beach.
We would love to be in a resort / villa / apartment near a beautiful old town.
Have some health issues (well controlled) so very small Greek Islands not appropriate
Budget - total including flights etc £8k

Has anyone come across anything that might fit the bill? We’ve exhausted Jet2 and some of the main villa agents. TIA

You looked at Atlantica hotel group? They come up on BA. Less pricey than Ikos but have a couple of 5 star in their portfolio. Not sure what the prices are now though. We are going to one of them.

There are a couple of new build hotels in Turkey people until very recently were being relocated from as it wasn't finished. But it's just opened. Next door to the Liberty Fabay can't remember the name.
